| Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) Notice |
Dear Parents,
Following points are brought to your kind notice.
(1) As mentioned in the school planner, the Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) and distribution of students Record File will be done tomorrow, Saturday, 17 October 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
(i) Only parents of the students will be permitted to attend the PTM.
(ii) Kindly ensure that your ward attends the meeting in proper school uniform and brings the school diary.
(iii) Please note that no school transport facility will be available tomorrow.
Your gracious presence is highly valued, as the meeting provides an important opportunity to discuss your ward’s academic progress and overall development with the class teacher and subject teachers.
We look forward to your active participation and cooperation in supporting your ward’s continued growth and success.
(2) In the school planner, the Dussehra holidays were scheduled for 19 and 20 October 2026. However, in view of the expected road blockage on 21 October 2026, the school has decided to extend the holidays by one more day.
Accordingly, the school will reopen on Thursday, 22 October 2026.
We request all parents to kindly take note of the revised holiday schedule.
